Return Policy

Lana's Loft is happy to accept returns on clothing for full refund if returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns for store credit are allowed within 30 days of delivery. Items can be returned in store for free or shipped back at your expense using the carrier of your choice.

There are no refunds on jewelry. Jewelry is only exchangeable within 14 days of delivery.

No returns are allowed after 30 days. Final sale items are not returnable.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

All items must be returned unused, unworn, with no odors, with all tags attached and in resaleable condition. Lana's Loft has the right to refuse a return that doesn't meet these requirements.
